Iraklis Kouzouloglou
Member of the Athens Bar Association
Iraklis Kouzouloglou is originally from Heraklion, Crete and was born in 1990.
He is a graduate of the law school of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law – Companies and Finance.
He has worked as a legal advisor to large companies such as Market In, GoldenHome, etc. His main advisor relationship was the real estate law (purchases and sales – leases – evictions – claim actions – pre-notifications). He has knowledge, experience and experience in commercial law, specifically in the establishment of companies and representation of shareholders in general meetings.
He speaks Greek, English and German.
Themis Gekou
Member of the Athens Bar Association
She is a graduated from the Athens University of Law and a graduate of the Master’s Program entitled “Law and Information Technology and Communications” at the Department of Digital Systems of the University of Piraeus (2022). She specializes in Intellectual Property Law (trademark registration, incorporation-dissolution of companies, copyright protection, drafting of intellectual property contracts etc.).
Her fields of activity also include Civil law, in particular in matters of real estate sales/leases, enforcement law (real estate surveys, enforcement of seizure, enforceable deeds) and land registry law. She has also dealt with family matters (divorce, alimony, custody of children, etc.) and inheritance law (property distribution, inheritance lawsuits, etc.)
 She speaks Greek, English and French.
Anna Anagnostopoulou
Member of the Piraeus Bar Association
A graduate of the Athens University of Law, she specializes in Civil Law, specifically in Real Estate Law (purchases, sales, title checks, leases, registration/elimination of encumbrances, Land Registry).
Also in family law (divorce, alimony, etc.), in inheritance law (acceptances/disclaimers of inheritance, etc.), both at the level of consulting and judicial practice.
Its areas of activity include Commercial Law (incorporation of companies, commercial contracts, collection of commercial claims, etc.) and Intellectual Property Law (registration of trademarks, etc.).Â
She speaks Greek, English and French.
